Heart for Home: September 15th

In my weekly 'Hearts for Home' post I am encouraging myself and others to commit to thinking about what 4-6 things we can do each week to bring our thoughts, prayers and actions to keeping our 'Hearts for Home'.

1
To focus my attention when my children talk.

2
To read lots and lots of books.

3
To go on a Nature Walk with the children.

4
To spend less time on the phone.

5
To spend time creating craft with the children.

Come on over and join in supporting one another in our vocation. I look forward to meeting you at Cherished Hearts for Home.

  1. Great list Erin! That phone one used to be a problem for me...until I made a self-imposed rule not to answer it during school hours unless it is my husband calling! This has helped a lot!

    Books and nature walks...sounds LOVELY.

I already have that rule in place and mostly stick to it. The problem is in the afternoon, I am still on it for too long.
