It's Definitely Not Snowing Here





Two weeks ago our wreath's candles stood tall and proud.






With today's temperatures of 41C(105.8F) they succumbed to the heat.

*They have been straightened slightly and now reside in the fridge. We'll bring them out for prayers only. Oh and I finally turned on the air-conditioning.

    Oh my goodness! That is so funny! It's pretty darn cold here (for us Southerners, that is) and the thought of the Advent candles drooping in the heat makes me laugh!

    That is crazy! It's so hard to picture you all with that sort of heat as my own children are outside sliding and sleding on the sheet of ice that use to be our driveway and yard... We had freezing rain mixed with snow last night, and you can't even walk on the driveway now... As much as I would love to, I am now hoping I don't go into labor today! lol!
